Good product knowledge, No pressure to purchase, extremely helpful and made us welcome by greeting us to the store and making us a brew, always a winner for me!

Staff very helpful and very pleasant

Whist in store Arissa your assistant greeted us at the door with a big smile and welcomed us into the shop. She asked what we where looking for today and if we wanted any help, Arissa was able to answer all of our million and one questions with full explanations of the difference in the matresses whist also making us two cups of T ! We must have been in there for an hour trying out every matress she was patient and very polite whilst funny at the same time. We noticed she was pregnant and even joked with her about baby brain when she filled in our finance deal on the computer, she made a couple of mistakes which had us all laughing. She also explained the bed care cover plan to us which convinced us to take this policy out its a must. Arissa made our experience very pleasurable and we will definately return to dream for our next bed or matress. Thank you Dreams.

Assistant was available but not intrusive and was very friendly and helpful when required.

I found the staff extremely helpful. The mattress was delivered within a week. The delivery turned up on time and the delivery men were fantastic.

From the moment we walked in nothing was too much trouble, Arissia introduced herself and we were offered tea/coffee right away. Everything about the beds we looked at was explained in great detail we asked for time to think about our purchase whiles we had a walk and were put under no pressure to purchase. When we ruturned staff were having lunch and we were asked to join them as Arissia had made it. My husband sat and ate with them and throughly enjoyed himself while i started off purchasing the bed. Everything was done in a professional manner and ALL the staff were excellent and a credit to dreams.

Absolutely fantastic service from suzie in your Ashton branch. Very helpful and informative, she was not pushy in anyway. She then passed us over to Anne who assisted us with our payment and took our details i a very warm and friendly manner. Both suzie and anne where extremely excepting of our lively little little boy who was kept occupied by a balloon given to him by suzie. Thank you both very much for your fantastic service and I hope this reaches you both for acknowledgement.

The store was pleasant to shop in Arissa looked after us very nicely there was no hard sell and the selection on offer was impressive.

Arissa was very welcoming and tried her best to find the correct bed for me . She took time to listen to what I wanted and the price range that I could afford . She was extremely helpful and provided such great service that I decided not to go across the road and look at Harveys I just bought the bed then and there . Arissa is a credit to Dreams .
