Really friendly and helpful staff that helped when we asked them to and gave us space when we didn't. Offered us a brew and gave us pillows to try the beds with... Pillows that we ended up buying also.

We were looked after by Anne during our visit and she was kind, extremely helpful and sympathetic to our needs (I am disabled with Arthritis so our requirements are quite specific). She was knowledgeable about the products we enquired about and our choice was made so much easier with her help. Anne also recommended a particular pillow for me to try (Posturepedic) which we purchased after trying it out in the store, again this is great and will really help with my pain at night.

We were greeted by Anne who was extremely friendly and very helpful, even offering us a drink. She listened to our needs and pointed us in the right direction, we found the perfect bed and mattress for us. Very pleased

Arissa was extremely helpful. We entered the store 30 minutes before closure and she stayed behind 45 minutes after the store closing time to help, guide and complete our order. Arissa truly went beyond our expectations.

First of all I was shown all the mattresses that were suitable to my requirements, and then allowed to try them out without being pressed . Then when I had finally decided on the product that I liked I was offered a choice of either Tea or Coffee so that ARISSIA the salesperson could take me through the rest of the ordering procedure, which was explained to me every step of the way . I left the store very satisfied indeed .

I was left alone to search through the store to find the right type of mattress that I needed and only when I was happy with my choice was I approached and offered assistance .

Treated on entry and an explanation of the store and enough information to look at what we wanted. Allowed to look around the store at own pace and all required help when required.
