Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

Experience of staff was top rate and they offered multi items which they thought we needed. Very Good.

Susan from dreams in Ashton was the most helpful lovely lady I’ve ever had serve me! She basically showed us EXACTLY what we wanted at the price range we had in mind and covered everything and that was only the mattress and then when we were talking about beds she even looked on the website for us found what we had described and then added it to the order and thennn she put in a mattress protector in for us and sorted all of our extras like pillows and duvet for a small fee, she then got it all to be delivered on the same day and was just generally lovely! Also, we came in 5 minutes to closing which we didn’t realise but still stayed with us the whole time to make sure as first time buyers we had what we needed, so THANK YOU SO MUCH SUSAN! You’re an angel!!!

The staff where brilliant and knowledgeable.The measuring device is very innovative and the price and availability are perfect

Staff very helpful, and efficient. The one area which I think could be improved is the wearing of masks by staff. I understand that legally not required but we still have +30000 cases a day. Older people may be put off; we were at first but as we were the only ones in we went ahead.

Catherine, who helped us, was extremely helpful and did not push any particular product in our direction. It was a fantastic, no pressure experience.

The salesman Adam was extremely helpful and patience with us. He assisted us in various products with full explanation. He has even gone beyond by staying 1 hour later from closing time to allow us to make a well formed decision for about beds and mattresses

The lady Suzanne/ Sue was lovely she helped us choose the right mattress that best suited us. She was very pleasant and had great knowledge of the products she was showing us. There was no hard sell like u get in DFS , which is why we purchased our bed from dreams. Even though it cost us more at dreams we believe it was worth the little extra to have the better service we received from sue/Suzanne

The entire team at the Ashton Snipe Retail Park were fantastic. The young man who assisted us had only been working there for two weeks and you would have thought he had years of experience! He was amazing! I will definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family. Thanks!
