We we shown directly to what products we want . The collegues were very friendly. Very informative and helpful . We were offered a cup of tea and our granddaughter was given some crayons and colouring books to do whilst we browsed. Anne was very helpful. Excellent advice and knowledge.

From start to finish it was a pleasure shopping at dreams Anne was helpful and greeted us in a nice way made us feel comfortable shopping offered us drinks and tested around 10 pillows before we purchased a bed mattress and pillows it was a pleasure.

We were looking for a folding single bed. Rather than just order online, we wanted to see the item. I rang the shop and got the same assistant as served me. She confirmed there was no single Vega bed on display, but had a double which was identical except in size. So we made the journey and she also offered to show us a cheaper folding bed. We were able to make a direct comparison - she even moved furniture so we could lie on one and directly move to the other. Although we had already almost made our decision from research, it was well worth a quick visit to confirm it and we were served immediately. The whole process was very quickly completed. Hopefully delivery will be 3 weeks as promised. We returned to the shop as a result of a satisfactory purchase 3 months ago.
