3 very helpful ladies Katie,Susie and Anne, came to our assistance in our rather lenghty quest to find the right bed and matress to suit us and our price budget.

Really good service, Ann came over to see if we needed assistance within around 5 minutes. We laid on a bed and she offered us a drink and then came over with some proper pillows so we didn't have to rest our heads on the showroom ones. We made a decision pretty quickly and Ann put the sale through for us. The mattress wasn't in stock so we couldn't take it away that day but that suits us as we're not moving into our new place for another 2 weeks. Ann selected the delivery for our move in day and offered us the cover. We took it out and received the free waterproof mattress protector. All in all, excellent customer service and good choice in beds and mattresses.

Hi from entering the shop was greeted with a happy smiley sales assistant arissa . Who spoke politely and help us chose the correct bed for our needs We also had. A nice cup of coffee while we talked about the product we purchased The shop was spotless clean as well we will return to this shop to purchase. A bed again in the future 👍

As soon as we walked in the store we were greeted by Anne. She was very helpful in everything we asked for. She allowed us to try out the mattress that we were after, gave us pillows as well, which we ended up purchasing. While we were lay on the bed she offered us a drink which I though was a very nice touch. Anne was so professional in every thing she told us, and how she dealt with our requests. We would recommended Dreams to anyone who is after a new bed or mattress. Well done Anne.

It was a very simple experience, Katie listened to our requirements and showed us what we should be looking for (coloured pillows) she also explained well the differences between the beds as we narrowed our choice down. It wasn't a hard sell it became more of an educated choice of our own.

I WAS MET WITH A A COURTEOUS GREETING, THE OFFER OF A HOT OR COLD DRINK

When I arrived to the store on a wet Autumn day , I was greeted by a friendly warming smile. The lady saw that I was cold and wet and offered me a cup of tea, never have I been to a store where I was greeted with a hot drink! The assistant took time to talk to me not just why I was visiting the store. The assistant also took time to listen to my needs and what problems that I have had sleeping. I had come to purchase a new single mattress but we ended up testing many pillows and understanding what would assist me. I was so impressed I bought pillows . I also was assisted I. Buying a warranty for the mattress and was told about the features and benefits of doing so. Also savings that I made I went the extra mile and bought a quilt. That’s because the assistant was so attentive and not a sales person but sold in such a manner it was consultative. Thank you I will highly recommend this store and Dream’s if this is your ethos and ethic across the stores.
