Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We were impressed with the layout of the shop, when we entered the store both assistants were busy with customers but as soon as they were free they asked if we needed any assistance.

The store is well laid out with a good choice.

Before we visited Dreams we went to two other shops (only due to parking at the Snipe Retail park in Ashton). Your colleague was genuinly more friendly, approachable and knowledgeable than the other shops, without being to pushy.

friendliness of staff, warm and welcoming greetings, made to feel at ease. full and detailed explanation for all products . very knowledgeable staff given various pillows to try on various mattresses. all paper work fully explained whilst staff were explaining to the various products we were given drinks and refreshments.

This was my second visit to Dreams and both times I was not rushed or pushed into buying anything. I dealt with Anne who could not have been more patient, she listened to what I was telling her and advised me on what she thought I needed. I tried several mattresses with different pillows and eventually bought the one I first tried. Also I'd just like to say that Anne makes a lovely cuppa.

Quickly found the right product

I looked online and knew which bed I wanted roughly. When I went in Katie ( catherine) was very friendly not a pushy sales person. She left me to decide in peace which was great as I get flustered with someone standing over me. I then told her I would go away and have a measure and think about it. She was very polite and said hope to see you soon. I made my mind up and went back 2 days later. Katie was there again once I was ready to place my order. She remembered me and which bed I was looking at which was lovely. She talked through the process and payment plan and answered all my questions. She is an excellent member of staff. Thank you
