Friendly staff offered there help but let me walk around on my own but we're always on hand for help and guidance

The best thing about our experience was the staff very knowledgeable,helpful, and devoted a lot of time to our requests. Nothing seemed too much trouble and all with a smile and a relaxed attitude that meant we did not feel pressurised and we came away having had a very good experience.

Knowledgeable assistant manager, we given cup of tea and pillow to try with the beds.

We visited this store today in order to purchase a new bed . We were greeted upon entering by Steph who was very friendly and asked if we needed any help. She listened to our needs and was able to show us the beds that suited us and our budget. She offered us a tea and my father accepted this offering and was very impressed . My father lives in London and states that he has never been offered a drink as other bed store . Before purchasing the bed Steph offered us different bedding to buy and showed us a wide variety of pillows available . A very good service but she was not pushy at all like you sometimes get in other stores

Good advice and great assistant

We shopped for a mattress at the Ashton UL store and were served by Steph. Nothing was too much trouble - even though we were shopping with our 11 year old son who took his shoes off and wanted to try all the mattresses! An excellent range of products, with some good offers on; we ordered the mattress and came away with a protector and some pillows too!

We were very pleased with how Steph dealt with our sale, the advice she gave to ensure we got exactly what we wanted.

The sales assistant was very helpful and listened to our needs before recommending a few beds and pillows for us to try. I'm looking forward to our new bed arriving.

WAS WELCOMED BY THE STAFF AND ASKED IF WE REQUIRED ANY ASSISTANCE THEY ASKED IF WE WOULD LIKE A DRINK OF TEA OR COFFEE WHICH WE THOUGHT WAS VERY NICE MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE AND RELAXED WHILST LOOKING FOR THE ITEM WE REQUIRED.

The assistant Stephanie was very good at doing her job, offered us a drink and was very helpful, giving suggestions where needed. I feel I was treated very well and would shop here again, this is my second visit and purchase at this store on the Snipe, Ashton.
