Got exactly what I needed in a short space of time from very helpful staff

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Responded to us quickly and were good at helping us decide which mattress would be best.

Approachability of store staff

The person dealing with us showed a high degree of knowledge and was very helpful finding us exactly what we wanted and wshe weas at no time "pushy" in her sales approach. we went away to review w=the information we had been given and are highly likely to come back and purchase a new bed.

We found a lot of beds we liked .The price was very attractive on the bed we purchased.The bed was good quality and the sales assistant was easy to talk to ,also didn't have to wait long for delivery

the staff had product knowledge and were very friendly, we would not hesitate recommending them to our friends

The assistant offered us a drink but didn't have any bread to make us toast with,we weren't hassled whilst trying out the beds.

The location is convenient and easily accessible. The colleague that attended to us has excellent interpersonal relationship.

The sales person was extremely helpful in understanding our needs and showed us all the examples of firm and very firm beds on display. As my wife suffers with a bad back we needed a bed which would give her maximum support .Whilst we were trying out all the examples we were offered tea or coffee which made us feel like we were not being rushed into any hasty decisions or pressured into anything.The sales person also showed us all the different types of bases available with whichever drawer combinations and different covers even saying it was no problem for them if we chose a mattress and a base from a different display which is what my wife actually did.finally he gave us a delivery date and different time options.All in all a very pleasant experience.
