Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

We had lots of beds to see and mattresses to try. Our children were entertained with board games and chocolates which gave us time to think about our purchase without interruptions

I had mentioned to Anne Kilshaw previously that I was looking to change my sons bed in the New Year, she sent me a text to let me know that a sale was on for the bed/TVs and now was a good time to purchase. Excellent service

Very cheerful and polite knowledge about all the different types of mattresses etc.

Customer service received by Steph was excellent. She was extremely welcoming and friendly and her product knowledge was excellent.

We were dealt with by a lady called Susan Mould. She was extremely helpful and efficient.

Our assistant Steph was great, very knowledgeable and offered great customer service! She greeted us with a big smile as we entered the store, found out how we sleep in order to suggest the best pillow for us both and we even had a brew!

I dealt with Anne during my visit to dreams, she was great, friendly knowledgeable and we even got offered a brew when we walked in which we declined as we had just had a big breakfast.

Had many staff come to ask if we needed help and our lady was called Anne from Ashton shop was very helpfull even though it was a very busy day

The staff member was very friendly, down to earth and very knowledgeable. She asked what we had originally and what we were looking for, she straight away showed us options of mattresses to try out. She even gave us pillows to try and asked us to lie on the beds to test. Once we chose the one we wanted, we sorted out the order and delivery easily.

The girl that served me was really helpful and took the time to establish what it was I wanted
