Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

Katie the sales assistant was wonderful. she made me feel at ease and helped me with my budget. I was very happy. we were offered tea and coffee on arrival and the knowledge from Katie was exceptional.

As we walked into Dreams branch in Ashton under Lyne we were greeted by Steph who was not pushy but helped us step by step to understand our requirements. We wanted a bed with plenty of storage (already got a bed with 4 draws) but needed a little bit more so decided on Ottoman bed. We were offered a drink but declined as we going elsewhere for lunch. We also declined on new pillows as we have recently bought new ones. Looking forward to my new bed arriving.

The staff were really attentive, offering us pillows to try out all the mattresses, explain which colour represented which kind of mattress. Asking which type we would prefer regardless of price, i found this quite refreshing as most want bigger sales.

1st time I'd visited the store. Made a large saving and got exactly what we wanted, when we wanted it at the price we wanted. Very happy 😀

No sales pressure, but very helpful when advice requested Which suited me fine.

Ive bought a mattress from dreams a year a go and was so happy i returned this week to buy a bed Base and found the perfect one no hassle or pressure

Once we had found the way into the Ashton store (there should be a sign in the Car park telling you this), we were very happy with Our knowledgeable sales lady (Anne), who explained the various options we had and also offered tea or coffee; we tried out various mattresses before settling on the Tempur Elite mattress and pillows; not the cheapest in store but we felt it was right for us. However, it is currently being sold cheaper than the other suppliers we visited online so we were happy with both the product and the excellent service we received. Now looking forward to our delivery after a good nights sleep on our new pillows, despite our old mattress. Steve & Christine Holland

Anne who looked after us, she was never attentive and friendly,offered us a drink on arrival and even gave us a pillow to test the beds with

We were greeted promptly and friendly. Offered drinks of choice assisted when needed but staff were not pushy. Suitable Pillows given when trying beds which gave you a better feel offered aftercare and offered building of new bed and removal of old one

The assistant Asjad was very patient, friendly and efficient. Would go to him again.
