Very friendly service, Anne was very helpful, great overall shopping experience and the store was easy to get to.

As soon as we walked in Anne welcomed us in a nice friendly manner offered us a drink She was helpful but not to pushy she helped us but gave us time to talk alone without hassle We tried lots of different mattresses and even went to the trouble of finding the right pillow for us so we could try on each bed Anne was great a real asset to your company

We were sorted with the product we went in for within quarter of an hour of entering the shop, price right, customer service good, that's all you need for a good shopping trip x

Absolutely wobderful service from Katie, offered us drinks made us feel welcome... unlike a lot of the other bed shops! And gave us a proper pillow to test the mattress. If it wasn't for Katie we wouldn't have made a purchase.
