Ashton-u-Lyne store was clean & bright. Staff were amiable and helpful. Products were clearly labelled and easily accessible. Ordering process was simple and efficient.

The assistant, Steph was friendly and polite on entering the store, took time to discuss our requirements, 2 very different requirements an adult bed and a child’s bed. She was very knowledgable and directed us to a number of items that would have met our needs then stepped back to allow us time to discuss and decide. Once the mattresses were decided on we then went through the process again with bases. Steph provided us with refreshments during discussion and decision breaks and also with various pillows when testing the mattresses to allow us to test them together and find our perfect match. Excellent service we got exactly what we needed without once feeling we were being forced down one route or another. She was also very attentive to my 9 year old so she got what she wanted also without killing the bank of mum and dad. Thank you Steph.

We were looking to replace mattresses on our adjustable bed, we had visited other bed stores and left because the staff did not have sufficient knowledge of products available and would try and sell us 'a good alternative' meaning a new bed. We walked into your store and immediately were given a warm welcome, even offered a drink, Steph, the sales assistant, approached us and asked if she could help. After a brief chat she came up with a number of different options for mattresses as well as pillows even to asking if we slept on our backs or sides. Even suggesting we remove coats whilst trying each mattress so we would get a proper feel for it. No hard sell just a great 'can do' attitude. After buying two mattresses and pillows we asked to speak to Steph's manager as we were more than happy with the level of service given

Customer service was excellent, I was very pleased at how attentive the lady was, offering tea/coffee, if I had any specific requirements and overall a very personable lady.

Very friendly service from Anne and Katie, we were greeted offered tea and coffee and also offered free pillows and mattress protecter as we took full protection out on all products !

Chose bed on website then went to store to place order, No issues at all!
