Set off for a good quality bed and found what i wanted on my visit

The store assistant greeted us, offered us drinks whilst we were browsing, and I like the way she allowed us to browse without pressure, but also assured us that she was there to help us if needed. We were also offered alternatives when the bed we choose did not fit all our requirements.

We were made to feel very welcome and the staff member was up on her product knowledge and was easy to talk too

Anne, was a very helpful member of staff. Asked the right questions to lead us to the products we needed. She encouraged us to try the beds, which i wasn't that easy with at first, even offering us a selection of pillows to use. She was friendly, offered us a drink, cheerful and engaged in conversation with my daughter whilst we talked beds. A very good selection f beds in store as well.

For us buying a new mattress is a huge decision to make after all we spent a considerable amount of life asleep, so making the right choice is crucial, my partner has medical issues with her back, were both going through that time of life "hot sweats" so lots to consider, your staff were absolutely Fantastic and very patient with all our questions they were both very knowledgeable about your products which gave us both confidence in making the right decisions in terms of a new mattress and the best pillows. We can't wait for our new mattress to arrive and look forward to better nights sleep.

Really genuine lovely people, all the time in the world for us and our questions Anne was the lady who dealt with us, she greeted us as we went through the door, she showed us the bed we wanted, offered us a pillow so we could lie on it, when we were sat ordering she offered us and made us a hot drink, gave my young son colouring items, the ordering was flawless, she knew exactly what she was talking about and what she was doing! She is an absolute credit to your company
