Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

The staff were very friendly and so helpful in understanding my views and comments in respect of my needs. This been in respect of comfort in choosing the right goods purchased and explaining the benefits.

I visited Dreams in Ashton under Lyne about 6 months ago to help my Dad choose a new bed. I was very satisfied then with the service and this is why I came back to purchase a new bed for myself. Once again, the staff were very helpful and it was a pleasure to deal with Adam, the sales assistant.

Katie who served us was extremely helpful and very polite but didn't over crowd us at all. Very efficient.

Anne was extremely helpful from the moment I came through the doors! She was really welcoming and tailored everything to suit me

‪The service received was fantastic as soon as we walked through the door. Anne greeted us warmly and immediately offered my girlfriend and I a drink. We declined having just eaten, but thought it was a really nice touch.‬ Anne asked us what kind of bed we were looking for, showed us round and gave us some brief information before allowing us the time to look and try different options without feeling pressured. Anne came back and asked if she could help at all - as newbies buying a bed for our first home, we felt a little clueless but Anne was very patient, attentive without being overbearing and happily answered our questions with knowledge and personal experience. Buying for a new home meant we needed ‘the works’ - we spent several hours deciding on all the many elements and trying out mattresses. Anne even brought us over some ‘proper’ pillows to try out the beds with rather than the showroom pillows. We were offered drinks again and gladly accepted having spent so long trying things out. Anne was very helpful in talking us through our purchasing options - she was very open and clear throughout and we left feeling confident that we chose the perfect bed for our new home.

We were given a warm greeting, despite turning up 20 minutes before the store closed. The assistants spoke to us, asked about our preferences; then gave us 2 pillows and directed us to the best mattresses to try. There was no undue pressure to buy, and no pressure to leave at 6pm.

we were greeted with a frendley manner from the staff at your snaipe branch we tried a Cpl of mattress in the shop we then left the shop with out purchasing the mattress we then went back in for a another look only to be told that we would get a free 4 spring pillows a waterproof protector it would of been nice of the staff to tell us about the free items when we visited the 1st time as threse little items can make a diffence to some customers and your shop as markers all over your shop saying free delivery then you charge 10 pound for Saturday over all a good shop please be up front all the time regards mr b Kendrick a valued customer

Service was just right not too intrusive and helpful gave us time to try different mattresses several times helped us narrow down to what we wanted as we were unsure - didn’t make us feel uncomfortable or pressured and we felt valued not only as customers but as people

Good customer service from susie and Steph. They were both very knowledgaeable and helpful and didn't pressure you into buying. They were happy to assist in anyway possible. Highly recommend
