Friendly staff, lots of choice, didn’t feel rushed.

Following a lengthy and horrendous experience with DFS I decided to try a company who specialises in bed sales. From the minute I walked in the door I felt as if I had a personal shopper. Howard greeted me warmly, asked if we would like tea/coffee and made non-business related conversation with us regarding our 6 month old baby daughter who we had brought into store with us. He asked all the right questions to determine my needs and gave a great deal of advice whilst allowing us to test different products and also explains the benefits of each that were suited to what we were looking for. Brilliant customer service from start to finish from both the sales assistant and the manager who was in on the day as well.

Anne, the sales assistant was so lovely, knowledgeable. Offered us drinks, let us use the bathroom. Helped makes us comfortable with pillows etc when lying on the beds. She was also great with the children who were getting bored. We went to the Blackburn store a few weeks ago, although the staff were attentive. Anne was brilliant in comparison. If you have a staff award scheme, she should be nominated!

We were greeted by Anne on the way in and asked if we needed any assistance. She helped us no end to find the right mattress for us, we were quite specific in our requirements and she made sure she found all the options available to us. Anne gave us both a pillow as we tried all the mattresses. She offered her knowledge of each one and gave us specific details and pros and cons of each. She also offered us both a drink and even my son (who was not overly impressed by being dragged around a bed shop!) The process of purchasing the one we chose was very straightforward and we found Anne to be very knowledgeable about both the products and finance options.

Catherine was a nice and polite person. Friendly and helpful. She was not pushy just ready to help as and when we wanted help. Highly trained salesperson, one you can like instantly.

Really friendly staff and very understanding make the spending of money an easy process

I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Anne she was very welcoming offered tea or coffee. I am disabled and Anne got me a spinal pillow to use while I was lying on the mattresses, Anne explained in great detail the best options for me talking through comfort, support and explaining about the pocket springs and gel in the mattresses. Anne was amazing and I would definitely return to dreams again. I am absolutely over the moon with my new mattress and the help I received whist I was in dreams Thank you very much for helping me so much. I cannot wait to receive my new mattress so I can get a comfortable good nights sleep.

We came into the Dreams Ashton store early on Saturday morning without much of a clue of what exactly we were looking for. The very helpful assistant, Anne, quickly greeted us and offered us a tea/coffee which was much appreciated. She took time to help us find the mattress and bed we wanted and was patient when we were indecisive. We were even offered pillows of our choice as we tested the mattresses. When we returned to the store later in the afternoon to complete our purchase, we were highly satisfied with the great care taken with our order and the explanation of the delivery process. Now very much looking forward to the bed arriving next week.

I was welcomed warmly without over-familiarity. Katie listened to what I wanted and showed me options within what I had requested, which gave me sufficient choice. I was not pushed into looking at or considering anything I didn't want. That pleased me as I was specific in my requirements. I was encouraged to try the mattresses and pillows, so felt confident about what I was buying, even though I was made aware of the option to change after a trial period. I had a drink whilst the paperwork was sorted and I think I was in and out of the shop in less than half an hour. (I hate shopping for anything). A happy and satisfied customer. Very pleased.

The assistant, Adam, at your Ashton-U-Lyne store was very pleasent and extremely helpful.
