The staff were attentive, helpful and efficient. Even though it was our assistants first day in the job he had a good knowledge of the products he welcomed us at the door, and found us exactly what we were looking for. Thank you

I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, I explained what I was looking for, which the assistant noted. I was offered a drink, she also showed my great grand daughter a small area where she could draw or play connect 4. I explained to Anne that I have lower back problems and also have a replacement hip, with this information she showed me several mattresses which she thought would be suitable. I finally decided on the Harley s mattress. I also purchased the headboard,2 sets fitted sheets & mattress protectors. She was also explained about the insurance which I have taken out.

Not been in the store before quite impressive regarding the area of the 2 floors really good.

A warm welcome, greeted with the choice of tea or coffee. Reccomendations on mattress's to try etc and testing of which pillows.

Anne, member of staff was very friendly and helpful, didn't bother me and left me to make my decision in my own time, no hard sales.

I was definite in my mind what I wanted and found exactly the right bed for my needs.Being disabled, I thought it would be difficult,but found the right bed strait away.My husband changed his mind at least 3 times, until he decided what was right for him.We were there a good 2 hours,but the salesman ,Adam, was very patient and understanding.We only went to look at beds but decided to buy them there and then.We have always dealt with Dreams and have been really pleased every time.

During my visit I was pleasantly surprised by the service and help to find what i was looking for by a most kind, professional and efficient member of staff (Anne) who generously offered me and my husband a drink to enjoy whilst we were browsing. I would also add (purely on a personal note) that she had beautifully manicured nails.
