Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

Catherine at your Ashton Under Lyne helped me with getting my mattress. She was great, she asked me questions to help support me in making my right choice and made me feel very welcome. The order process was very simple and easy to follow and understand, she really went above and beyond answering all of my questions about the mattress and finance options. I felt like she understood what I was looking for and geniunely wanted me to make the best decison. I would always recomend this store to family and friends who was buying a mattress in the future. I was recomended this store by my sister who bought one a while back, and this did not disappoint, very impressed.

Howard and Susie were extremely pleasant and helpful . They have a good knowlege of the products .taking time to explain individual products . Offered us drinks. pillow trials .Greetings. Overall friendly. Pleasant experience !

A member of staff approached and we advised just looking. He stayed close by and when needed to assist, he was more than helpful. Offered a hot drink whilst we browsed and was very knowledgeable on the products we were looking at. We did return the day after to purchase the item but specifically sought out the sales person from the day before due to his friendly & helpful manner.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Offered me a cup of tea which was nice even though I declined. I had the opportunity to try different pillows to choose the right one for me. I didn't feel rushed at any time.

Today was my mums 65th Birthday, we had been involved in a car accident the day before and mum hurt her back, therefore we went to go get her a new mattress. On arrival we was greeted by a lovely lady by the name of Anne, who could see my mum was visibly in pain so offered her a cup of tea or drink, before asking what she would like, mum tried a number of mattresses and was kindly helped up by the staff. Mum did opt for the Tempur mattress however due to it being 3 weeks delivery she choose another one. Both myself and mum bought a COOL pillow which was shown to us by Anne. All the staff were lovely, a true credit to your store, they were a DREAM :) Thanks guys and thanks for giving us a laugh through our upset and distress.

Staff was friendly and I have always done my shopping with Dreams. I am happy overall .

My wife and I were welcomed to the store and quickly asked what we were looking for. When we said a mattress we were quickly shown to the ones which we may be interested in and encouraged to test the ones which suited us and we were not hurried and were able to ask questions and given good replies. Weare now sleeping on the one which we ordered and find it very comfortable.

All questions regarding mattresses n the bed frames I wanted to know which were the best ones I was very happy with the answers since I have a bad back problem for a long time, the staffs were very friendly and we were approached in a nice friendly manner, the lady Catherine served us and was very kind and we got some discounts, thank you very much for the service

Anne greeted us on arrival and let us have a look round to see what we wanted, advised us where necessary then left us alone to discuss things. Offered us a drink which we kindly accepted and talked to us about pillows too. Great experience from start to finish!
