I first visited your website and browsed through what I wanted to buy. I then visited the shop knowing exactly what I was going to purchase. The shop assistant was helpful in advising me on a number of options in terms of buying through Barclays partner finance or paying cash for the items. I had the opportunity to physically test some of the products like the Tempar Mattress, I actually slept on it before deciding to buy it. The other issue I appreciate was the time allocated to interacting with the sales staff and the offer of a drink such as a cup of tea or coffee or a glass of water, made the difference in making me feel homely. it made my decision much easier as staff were approachable and welcoming. This is why I have managed to place an order without hesitation because of good customer care. I will not hesitate to recommend a friend to visit a dreams store for their needs. i am now awaiting delivery of my products.
