I thought that the way that i was greeted as i walked into the store was really good. i knew what i wanted to buy before i went to the store, but was offered assistance and carryout to my car. i decided to purchase bed linen for the new mattress that I had just bought and was assisted by Howard as i could not find the size that i needed, i then saw the high end bed linen and decided to buy some of this for my bed, again with Howards assistance, the items that i needed were purchased

Much better choice than I expected and extremely helpful staff who where easy and not pressured

I kept changing my mind. But the lady in the store was very patient

we were greeted on entry to the store and gave assistance with choosing the pillows

The bed i had looked at online was available instore at a discounted price with a further discount for purchasing a mattress. The recommended mattress which I tried was also at half price. Anne who greeted me was very helpful with answering my questions and provided me with a hot drink and provided me with information on other products.

The hole process was made quick and easy and I didn’t feel pressured in any way. The staff on the day where brilliant in every way and I would come again.

Amazing prices and amazing service provided by the staff at the ashton branch. Offered us drinks upon arrival due to the weather but we was fasting so couldnt accept the offer. Amazing one to one service

Anne who served us was very helpful with all our needs, as soon as we had found the mattress we wanted Anne helped us with everything else. Very happy with her customer service.

No hard sell but lots of useful information. The Sales Assistant was called Anne (Ashton under Lyne store) she was very helpful and thoroughly pleasant.

Jane, who was advising me was very knowledgeable. She made my shopping look easier.
