The sales rep was really, really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he answered all my questions. He was really pleasant and friendly and he made the whole process easy; he was approachable and gave good advice about the products; prices and what would best fit my needs. The overall experience was a very good one and I would not hesitate in recommending this store.

our assistant adam at dream in ashton under lyne was very knowledgable, attentive, offered us drinks whilst there and gave us pillows to use whilst checking out the beds. explained to us the colour code system for comfort and explained all the varities of beds on offer. we ordered directly with him and purchased insurance extra and pillows. extremely friendly and an asset to your company.

Anne at the Ashton Under Lyne store was really helpful. I told her what I wanted and she picked out a couple of really good value and comfortable mattresses that suited my needs. She offered me a pillow to try out the mattresses and when I came to place my order I was offered a drink while we went through the process. I was worried I hadn't left myself enough time to order the mattress and for it to be delivered when I needed it but the delivery time was so quick - I was really impressed! There was also a good variety of mattresses in the store.

I thought I couldn’t afford anything, but the colleague who served me came up with a few ideas about buying an exdisplay bed , my son was over the moon with it as it’s the one he liked the minute we walked in the store. I said I couldn’t afford it but man in the shop asked the manager and because I’d bought a mattress made me a deal x so happy x as I’m really strapped for cash.

A very friendly store with helpful staff. There was no pressure to buy which put us at ease and Anne (the assistant who helped us) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the products. She made sure we had good pillows to help us when choosing the right mattress and also offered us a hot drink and cold drinks for our 2 children - great!
