Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

I was pleased with the ammount of beds on offer and enjoyed my experience on the beds so i could pick the right one for my budget. I also liked the fact we were offered two different pillows to try.

Howard was the assistant and he knew exactly what all the mattresses were about, he offered us a coffee and also gave us some pillows in with the price. He sorted the delivery as we asked all in all a very calm and pleasant experience and I would recommend the store.

Very friendly staff, offered a coffee, activities for bored children. Lovely sense of humour from Anne- sharing my son's sweets!

The person who dealt with my order was actually a manager from Blackburn ( have forgotten name) was knowledgeable and helpful. Took time to help me to decide the most appropriate bed for my needs.

Came into store wanting to browse for a bed frame where Adam came and assisted as soon as he saw me and my girlfriend. Very friendly and was just available when I needed assistance. Wasn’t pushy, answered a lot of my questions and even offered me a drink and a pillow to use when testing out mattresses! We went away having purchased everything we would need for a bed. We didn’t plan to buy a mattress but Adam kindly told me about the different types and got me to test a few and so I thought why not! The Manager in store was also very kind and making me feel welcome on a Sunday! I really appreciate this type of service as I also work in retail for a very high customer focussed company. So when a similar level of service is offered outside I am much more inclined to purchase. So thank you Adam! Thank you to the rest of the team at Dreams at Ashton Under Lyne

The staff were very friendly and not pushy, had excellent product knowledge and listened to our needs. Providing decent pillows was a nice touch.
