We were greeted in a friendly way on arrival and asked if we needed any assistance. We were even offered a cup of tea or coffee. We explained what we were looking for and the assistant took us to the right place. She was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to make an informed decision. Every step of the way was quick and easy right up to the ordering process. Everything was explained completely so we knew exactly what was happening.

Had great service in the past rhats why we came back

I visited the SKPT store initially to buy a mattress for the first time ever and was helped by Lauren&Michelle. They were friendly and helpful, did not try to push me into anything and gave helpful and clear information about what was available. They gave me time to try out everything but kept coming back to make sure I was ok. Me and my company were offered drinks. After going to other stores we decided to come back to dreams and make the purchase there. The mattress I wanted was not in stock immediately in store so Lauren phoned the store in Ashton and they confirmed they had one ready to go. Your team over there was equally as great, Adam and Susie! Adam was kind enough to throw in a set of pillows for free! He also helped me choose a new summer duvet which we were given a great deal on. He also offered drinks and we had a lovely chat with him. Adam carried robe mattress to the car for me and I came away feeling thoroughly satisfied. My grandparents are very fussy and they recommended Dreams to me and I see why now! Great service from start to finish and I would definitely come again.

I didnt have a clie what i was looking for and the assistant was helpful in explaining everything and understanding my preferences. He listened, was patient and i came away with a great bed and mattress.

The staff we delt with ,understood what we was looking for and showed us what she thought was best for us, on what we had asked for. They were very pleasent ,didnt bombard us .let us decide which we wanted , They offered ua=s a drink x

Solly, our assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable and provided the right level of assistance with out us feeling pressured or that he was constantly behind us. The whole experience was a pleasant one made better by finding exactly what we were looking for. The store was clean, airy and a pleasant place to be. An excellent overall experience.

The assistance received from Howard the salesman. He was very cheerful, patient and thorough. MAde it easy to find exactly what I was looking for.

I was served by Howard at the store in Snipe Park Ashton and he really looked after us BUT did not push us at all. Answered all questions fully.
