Upon arriving at Dreams, we were only looking for a bed frame for when we buy a house, but for a long time, we have been debating whether or not to get a mattress due to us both having difficulty with our backs. We were greeted by Anne who offered her assistance, we told her that we were essentially only looking for a bed frame but could she recommend what mattress we need. Anne was extremely patient with us and explained what each mattress does and how we could benefit from the correct one. Me and my partner must have tried at least every single 'Tempur' mattress and still Anne was so patient, very knowledgeable and had a great sense of customer service. We were offered a drink due to us jumping from bed to bed and she even advised us on pillows and I am so grateful for this as I have never had the right pillow until now. After what must have felt like hours for Anne, we made the decision to buy a 'Tempur' mattress along with two pillows and Anne so kindly gave us a 'Tempur' mattress cover for free. We will 100% be coming back for a bed frame and I cannot wait for our mattress to arrive. Outstanding service.

As soon as we entered the store we was acknowledged by a lady called Suzie. The service was outstanding by this lady and also the lady called Anne, they made us a drink and cake, and took the time to listen to what our needs were, and explained the sort of mattress that I needed. We also noticed that the store had closed but at no point did these ladies rush us which I found to be absolutely fantastic service. These ladies are a credit to your company, they are friendly, helpful, extremely polite and the knowledge they have about your products and services was brilliant. We was that impressed by the service we received our next door neighbors are visiting today... amazingly happy thank you.

Staff member,Adam was very helpful. He welcomed us in the store more or less right away. He offered a drink whilst we were placing our order. Adam also threw in some free pillows, very satisfied. He wasn’t pushy and seemed very relaxed.
