Dreams - Ashton Under Lyne

l found the sales person very friendly and helpful, Anne, at Dreams on m/c rd. Shop was nice and cool in this hot weather, and Anne got me a coffee while l placed an order. l have shopped there before as it is close to where l live, and was happy there was NO delivery charge. l await my order, which l hope will go smoothly.

FROM WALKING IN THE STORE WE WERE MET WITH A FRIENDLY FACE,WHO LISTENED TO WHAT WE REQUIRED THEN SHOWED US ALL THE APROPRIATE BEDS.

Matthew was a great help, we came in with our 15 month old son and he offered me a coffee which was definitely needed! He knew exactly what we were looking for and recommended a mattress within our budget and to ease my back pain. All sorted quickly for us in the time it took to finish my brew! Definitely recommend, thank you.

When myself and Husband arrived in the store we were greeted by a lovely young man Adam he was extremely helpful and very polite. He even made us a coffee which went down very well also after some discussion gave us some pillows free of charge with our purchase.

Greeted upon entering store by Adam I explain that I needed a mattress. I was informed about the different types of mattresses so that was very helpful in making a decision. Was given a pillow like mine at home to use while trying out mattresses. I was given a drink which was good as I was in the store for some time making a decision.

we spoke to a very knowledgeable member of your staff. He explained everything and was very thorough and we didn't need to ask many questions. he was very patient and didn't push us into the sale of a bed which we didn't want.

Good range of matching furniture. Also assistants knowledge of the product.

Shop assistants were very friendly and both offered me a drink while I placed my order, store was lovely and easy to find what I had seen on the internet. Very efficient service!

Adam was extremely helpful and had great product knowledge. He was able to offer me discount on my purchase and even carried my new mattress out to the car. Great visit overall and Adam was a pleasure to deal with.
