Anne served us and was very friendly and knowledgeable, listening to our particular needs. We were made to feel welcome and offered drinks which made us feel we were not being rushed.she told us offers that were available to us, such as pillows and ensured we left with a great deal and excellent service. Anne made our visit enjoyable and satisfying. Will be highly recommending Dreams.

The assistant was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful in assisting our tanagers with their needs. Knew just when to step away so we could discuss and make our minds up :) Very thoughtful - also offered my wife an I a cup of tea while our teenagers chose beds / mattresses etc.

Anne was ever so helpful to understandrand our needs and went out of her way to make us feel welcome and to understand our needs. She offered us a cuppa and her product knowledge was first class. She was the reason we came back to the store after checking out Bensons beds over the road.

On entering the store Anne greeted us politely and in a friendly manner. Straight away she offered us a drink and listened carefully to what we were looking for and then proceeded to try and meet all our needs. Nothing seemed too much trouble for Anne and she couldn't have been more helpful. She discussed everything with us from size and space to pillows and pillow protectors.
