Dreams - Abingdon

Our assistant (Chris) did not hassle us, but was helpful and gave us attention when we needed it. He was not pushy (which would have put us off) and he took care to explain everything fully.

Very friendly staff who were helpful without being pushy. We were served by Kevin who was friendly, helpful and efficient.

We were greeted on entering the store in Abingdon and when we had found roughly what we were looking for (new mattresses) the Assistant Manager was able to help us refine our search further by testing the different firmnesses and spring density options. In this way we were able to try out a variety of choices and home in on our final choice. Chris questioned us about our current pillows which are really in need being replaced because ours were beginning to become past their 'sell by' date! Then we discussed mattress protectors and bed sheets and pillow cases. All in all a good day !!

We were left to browse and then when we were ready for information Thomas was always available and answered our questions. I do not like to be pressured which has happened in other stores.

Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of products to view. No high pressure sales tactics.

We have used Dreams before and at the time were extremely satisfied with the products and overall service provided to us in the past. I wouldn't hesitate to provide a referral to my friends or family and once we have completed our renovations at home we will be in contact to purchase the additional bed for our guest room.

Easy to find read labelling on each mattress for size, price, firmness etc. Kevin was not pushy, was nowledgeable and helpful.and friendly. Payment/order process was quick and simple.

We went to a local Dreams store & the asistance was poor, therefore we visited this Dreams & were greeted on arrival & treated with respect. We were given advice & information without being pushed to buy.

Product required was there
