All went very smoothly. The Store Manager was really helpful

Lots of help from staff Kevin and Tom who gave very comprehensive advise for our needs

The knowledge of the assistant and friendliness he showed put us at ease. We were able to take our time to choose the bed and mattress we wanted without any pressure. Will not hesitate in using this store in the future.

Kevin was friendly and answered our various and many questions quickly to our satisfactions. There was no queue and we were attended to at once.Even tea was provided. We were not hurried in any way. Well done Kevin.

Kevin the store assistant was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He made me a cup of tea so I could sit on the sofa bed and be sure it was right for me. He really is a credit to you.
