Extremely helpful assistant. The store is very organised, with colour coding for easy identification. Information on each bed was easy to understand land well worded. We were offered tea or coffee which we declined.

We really enjoyed the hot chocolate and coffee when we visited. Hermione gave us lots of advice and was patient as we tried out lots of different mattresses. There was no pressure to buy on the day and all the staff were friendly. We returned the next day to place the order.

One gentleman was particularly helpful in explaining to me all the options, offering me a cup of tea, and giving me an appropriate pillow to test out the beds.

I went into the branch to view a tv bed and the chap helped me by answering all of my questions. I could have ordered it online, but I was so impressed with his levels of service that I went back to the branch to get him to do it for me

Hermione! She was helpful from the get go both over the phone & when we arrived later in store. Took her time listening to our needs and explaining the options available. Quality customer service seems hard to find elsewhere and so this stood out to us. We felt valued and heard, therefore were happy to spend our money with Dreams.
