Dreams - Abingdon

We went in because of the tv ad, offering 60% off, initially just to look at mattresses. We decided to buy a complete bed and mattress at the full price, but do feel we have chosen the best one with the help of Kevin who explained everything to us, he was pleasant and attentive whilst we tried all the options. Just a shame we didn't gain from the sale offer!! Looking forward to receiving out bed next week! So all in all a very satisfactory impulsive visit.

Hermione was friendly and obliging with an excellent knowledge of the product. Having an empty store at the time helped both of us!

The store assistant was really helpful & even move furniture around to assist me in deciding what item was best & would match my current furniture.

I was very happy with the level of customer service, Hermione and Kevin made sure I knew about the products and suitable alternatives. They were friendly and helpful and showed me features of the bed and mattress so I could understand benefits of each.

As we entered the store the Salesman Kevin welcomed us with 'Welcome to Dreams' which was really nice. We were looking for a good mattress following the poor quality Simba mattress which we are returning when our new Tempur mattress arrives next week! Kevin was extremely helpful and understanding of our disappointment with our previous mattress and our needs and advised us on the options available as well as talking us through the several options in purchasing our dream mattress. He was patient and knowledgable without being pushy. Extremely happy with our purchase and cannot wait until it arrives!

The assistant Rosie (160) looked after our every need, from the minute we walked in the door, to the selection of our products, the advise on the correct mattress and firmness for our 16 year old petite daughter (including face timing her for her choice of colours) and overall couldn't of advised or helped us any better. Then through the purchasing options, the finance options, the extra's. There wasn't a single part of the process that wasn't smooth, friendly and engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams or Rosie again. And delivery was selected and quicker than expected. So as newly weds this experience has just smoothed out a fantastic year and a great start to married life in our new home x
