Very helpful and friendly staff , good knowledge of what I needed and a nice coffee

The staff member who assisted was very helpful. I have a medical condition, and was allowed to place a heavy purchase from another store on the retail site behind the desk while I was choosing my mattress. He also dropped off a set of pillows and a mattress protector that I purchased at the same time as the mattress at my flat on his day off (2 days after store visit) so I did not have to manage them on the bus with my walking stick.

Carole was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. She offered good advise and choices regarding the range (and colours) of beds, mattresses and headboards available. She showed me around the store so that I could see the options available and once we sat at the desk, offered me a drink. She appeared bright and cheerful, well dressed and we enjoyed a joke or two, making the experience an enjoyable one. She was also very helpful regarding delivery options etc and explained T&C's thoroughly.

Carole was very helpful and offered us coffee, tea or water which was awesome. She was very well mannered and helped us with deciding our purchase.

Carol greeted us upon entry to the store we were offered a drink as the weather was very hot she was very knowledgeable about the products and as we were there a very long time she never rushed us .we returned the following day and again she greeted us and offered a drink again we left buying 2 beds

Good sales person

We were Very pleased with the way we were greated we were offered drinks Kevin new the products and explained every thing very clearly nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure selling can't praise him enough.

There was a transaction problem which the Dreams colleague didn't understand, but took the time to ring Customer Services to sort it all out. She was very apologetic.

We've used Dreams on numerous occasions. We went into the store today, which was a very hot day, we were greeted by Carole and Kevin who offered us tea / coffee and cold drinks. Carole was very knowledgeable reference the beds and mattresses and what deals were available. Shown us very different types of beds and gave us a lot of assistance in choosing what we bought. Have no issues with using and recommending Dreams to friends.

Carole was fantastic - i was quite specific with what i wanted and she quickly gave me my options and showed me the relevant mattress and the options on headboards. My main issue was delivery, so Carole plugged in what i needed to enable to choose options suitable for my delivery date. Also a lovely personality!
