My partner purxhased several items from DREAMS some years ago (about 5 if not more) and the experience was awful and as a result I have not been into the shop since or even thought about entering it. It happened that on that day I walked past the shop in Abingdon and thought I would give it a try and see if things had changed. The staff were not in your face wanting and needing to sell they asked and offered their help, it was very different from our last time and the sales guy (kevin) and his colleague (a female, did not get her name) changed my opinion completely, hence the purchase and the scores as nothing with the experience was wrong or needed improving. I was very happy and will go again, whoever got the DREAMS image to change has done a good job. Very impressed and got me back as a customer now and of the future.

The sales assistant Hermione was very knowledgeable about tempur products wouldn't hesitate to go back to dreams....we have spent a lot of time going around shops selling tempur but other shops didn't seem to have the time to spend with us.... as we are pensioners and need to be careful it's an investment to us a good night's sleep is most important
