Dreams - Abingdon

We were greeted by two staff members. They did not try to pressure us into purchasing but made it clear that they were available to assist us. When we'd decided what we wanted to buy, we spoke to Ian, who made sure that we were happy with our item and checked to see whether we needed any new pillows etc. We were given tea and coffee, too. Overall, it was a very pleasant purchasing experience.

Hermione was very attentive and spent the time with us allowing us to try out different matresses and pillows, look at a range of bed frames and discuss different options. I was really impressed with how quickly the order is going to arrive.

Even thou they were short staffed we were offered a coffee while waiting. we had chose a bed to start with but Kevin helped us find the correct one for our needs. And the overall customer service was exceptional.

Kevin was very helpful and knowledgeable without being 'pushy'. We arrived in the store with a strong idea of what we wanted after looking online beforehand. He offered us tea and coffee and made us feel important. He gave us great service and we have used Dreams before and would definitely use the Abingdon branch of Dreams again.
