Hermione at Abingdon was a true professional and highly skilled

My partner applied for 0% credit but did not have the correct utility bills. We then re-submitted the form in my name but I was declined credit so my partner's detailed were submitted again and he now has a few days grace to return to the store with the relevant paperwork. Kevin,the store assistant was very helpful with his knowledge of the products and also his patience with having to submit our forms three times.

Kevin was again very helpful and competent. Due to his excellent customer service when we purchased a bed a few weeks ago we returned to buy another- same positive experience.

Ian, the caretaker manager, whilst Ashley is in training was phenomenal! His knowledge was second to none, made the whole experience very pleasant, and we left once again reminded why we go to Dreams.

Kevin listened to my requirements, which were quite specific, and proposed a solution. I felt he was interested in what I said and was very friendly.

The store assistant that helped us, Hermoine, took the time to understand my needs as a disabled person and gave her advice based on her knowledge of the beds and from personal experience of similar injuries. She took a long time to help me understand the different firmness of mattress and what that would do for my body and gave her advice on each one. I went away to think about the purchase as it was a big commitment financially and I wanted to be sure of my decision. When I returned to the store, Hermoine took me through the different options again patiently and gave me the time again to digest the information. This really helped me in giving me the peace of mine about my decision and I went ahead with the purchase. I highly recommend the store and would highly recommend Hermoine as an advisor on what to buy. Very happy and will be sure to tell everyone I know about the positive experience!

Hermione served us and remembered us from our last purchase. Cannot praise her manner and efficiency enough.

The store assistant was very helpful as soon as we walked in. She knew what she was talking about and listened to our needs. Friendly, polite and helpful.

Ian was great. He spent time with us explaining the types of mattresses available and helped rule out certain types according to both body heat and weight. In the end we were very satisfied with his non pushy manner and decided to buy from the store rather than going on to other outlets as we had planned. The only drawback with the whole process was the fact that your mattresses only come with 12 month defects cover (not mentioned until the point of ordering / payment) and "bed cover" added almost 10% to the advertised price.

Time was taken, to show myself and wife Round beds, trying all the options and explaining to us what would best suit being I am heavy. Store was very clean staff were great very friendly and knowledgeable. A very joyful visit.
