Very helpful my wife has back problems and he had good knolage of what would be best to suite her needs.

We visited to get some advice and purchase a new mattress. We were served by Ian who was very welcoming and helped us tremendously in making an informed decision over our purchase. He was knowledgable and polite at all times with no pressuresd selling techniques which we would not have appreciated at all.

The sales person was really good and took time to go through our needs

We were served by Kevin who was extremely welcomming and informative. He allowed us to browse without feeling pressured, but also kept making sure we were ok. We were also offered tea or coffee. So a pleasant experience considering we were spending money!!

Staff member was very friendly and understood needs. Encouraged me to try things out before making a decision.

I checked on line to see which store had the product i wanted to buy on show. The assistant was very helpful, cheerful and knowledgeable.

From the moment I walked in I was able to browse at my pleasure, I was given very helpful advice about half way through and the assistant explained the colours on the beds and asked very relevant questions regarding what I was after. Kevin was able to provide me the information I needed to be able to continue to look at the beds I required as well as offering me a pillow to assist in my decision. Later in the selection he gave me the information that i could have any headboard, in any colour that I required. When going through the purchasing of the bed, as I've not currently moved into my new property he explained how I could change the delivery date and what I would need to do.

Lady that dealt with us was very friendly & chatty. Did our order quickly & efficiently, explaining everything in detail.
