We had previously been into the store to look at beds and Kevin kindly talked us through a range of products. We returned with the view to purchase on 26th November. Kevin was very knowledgeable about the different products and remembered us from our previous visit. He easily took on board our likes and how we were both looking for something different which resulted in us purchasing a split tension mattress. Kevin was very helpful and all colleagues in store were friendly. My husband was also nearly sold a bedframe that we currently don't need! The process of a decision and purchase were very easy and we were provided with all the necessary information that we needed.

For all the reasons you asked about. And my salesperson, Hermione at your Abingdon store did an OUTSTANDING job of making sure I was both satisfied and what I hoped to find, I located. Her knowledge and friendliness made me feel completely at ease and want to spend the time I needed, not just to get what I came for, but to buy all the extra bits I would have been satisfied to wait to purchase at a later date. After the sale, she was kind enough to help me carry my items to my car and her smile made me happy I had chosen that day to visit and buy my bed!! I cannot praise her enough for her service. I only wish I could find salespeople like her in all the stores I visit where I need to purchase large and expensive items!! Thank you so much for making my visit so memorable and pleasant.

We received assistance from Hermione just after we entered the shop and found the mattress we liked soon after with her help. We ordered and paid as we had a cup of tea and all was done in approx 25 mins. Very happy.

We had a warm welcome,no pressure from staff, we felt comfortable looking around the store without being pressured into a sale. A very good shopping trip for us .thank you to Dreams.
