Dreams - Abingdon

We were allowed to look round the store and try all the mattresses. The staff weren't forceful in an attempt to sell a product. They were informative though and told us about the different types of mattresses available. We were given pillows to use around the store. We made our own decision on which mattress we liked the best. We opted for interest free credit - it was explained in detail how it works. All of our questions were answered about the different types of mattresses and how the interest free credit worked. We were asked if we would like a cup of coffee - we accepted the offer!

The moment we entered the store in Abingdon we were greeted and helped to find out about what we were looking for and given information on the products available to us in a most cortoise and plesent manor

As soon as I took my daughter and son in law to the store we where welcomed by the assistant call Kevin very polite I explained what I wanted to buy for my daughter and he was very understanding and knowledgeable, once Kevin explained he then gave my daughter and son I law a pillow and told them to try all the mattresses in the meantime we were asked if we would like a hot drink which we kindly excepted. By the end of our visit we where highly satisfied with the service and friendliness of the store.

Hannah was very pleasant & friendly to deal with. She did not push for the sale and her product knowledge was excellent

We went to Dreams at Abingdon with the objective of gathering information on Tempur pillows and the Eve mattress. Everything we wanted to see was available in store. We were so impressed with the sales assistance knowledge we purchased both the mattress and pillows we wanted. Will recommend to friends and family

Was greeted as soon as I entered the store. Was offered a good deal and felt very welcome. The bloke that served got the order done quickly so that I could get back to my day and family

I went in Boxing Day morning to purchase a bed, and the staff were so cheerful and friendly. I knew which bed I wanted and went straight to the desk and Hermionie served me. The order was so straight forward, with delivery scheduled for the 2nd January - much sooner than estimated online and at another store. We were in and out within 15 minutes and it was completely stress free and easy! Thank you Dreams!

The assistant answered all our questions, was polite, friendly and very helpful. The product information was clear and the store well laid-out.
