The salesman Ian was brilliant, really helpful and knowledgeable. And showed us points to consider we had not even thought off. We purchased as much from Ian as we did from Dreams

The shop was quiet, an assistant came over to say hello, I asked some questions which were answered. I was then left to browse and decide my purchase. When I was ready the assistant was still free and able to process my order quickly and pleasantly

Hannah answered all questions we asked her by us and found us a mattress we are satisfied with Hannah then explained the 40 day comfort guarantee which sounds very good

Hermione at your Abingdon store listened to our initial preferences for a new mattress and took us through the options that might be suitable, letting us try out each one in turn and also providing pillows. She clearly had in-depth knowledge of the various products, was very welcoming (despite us arriving close to the end of the day, she didn't rush us and even offered us drinks) and made helpful suggestions without being pushy. I think we have ended up with a much better mattress and pillows than we would have been able to choose without her help.

Overall experience was very good. Salesman was very helpful and we did not feel at all pressured. Nice friendly chap who remembered our name when we returned next day.

Lady - Hannah was very pleasant and had plenty of time - we had to wait for a computer to become free which was not down to Hannah. Offered tea and very knowledgeable regarding the finance agreement - she knew exactly where it stated full amount and where the credit given. We await to see if the bed arrives in pieces as promised. She offered to split the order as 7th Feb was earliest they could do both - we were happy to wait, the offer however went a long way. We will return once our other beds need replacing
