Our sales person, Ian was fabulous in ensuring we got exactly what we wanted as the bed frame isn’t available until mid March, however he made sure the mattress was to be delivered earlier so as we had somewhere to sleep as we’ve just moved back to the UK and threw our old bed away before leaving. He went above and beyond in his customer service as he rang around to make sure he could offer us the split delivery otherwise we would’ve missed the 20% reduction sale price.

Ian in the store was amazing in his insight into the whole range in store and he was the friendliest person I have ever encountered in any shop.He was very helpful in answering my mum's questions which were a lot of questions and my mum enjoyed the coffee that she had 👍🏼

Helpful & knowledgable assistance

We were served by Hermione and she had excellent product knowledge. She was extremely helpful and patient and showed us enough products so that we were able to make an informed choice. She explained the difference between the mattresses that we were testing, offered coffee whilst we shopped,and clearly explained the prices and insurances when we sat down to pay. I would definitely recommend her and the Abingdon store to friends and family.

Hannah the sales assistant was very helpful as we were not sure what we wanted.She showed us several options and helped us to make the right choice.

The staff were welcoming but then left us alone for a while to try beds. They were available when we needed them but we didn’t feel rushed or pressurised and they didn’t lurk around while we tested several beds - a plus in our opinion. Both staff members also answered our questions about the many beds we were testing out. They were clearly keeping an eye on us to see if we needed anything, but were unobtrusive. We were offered different pillows to try out and also a nice cup of coffee!

Kevin and Hermione we’re extremely helpful with there expertise. It was a pleasure to shop at Abingdon store . They left me to browse the store but we’re on hand if I needed help . Would definitely return next time I’m shopping for a bed.
