Staff member was helpful and gave me space to think about my purchase and discuss with my husband. If we lived in the area we would return to this branch but we have moved to Wales. Should we need another bed or mattress we will certainly visit our local branch.

The varied type of beds were very well displayed, covering all budgets. Help and advice given was very positive in making our decision. No nasty hidden charges, ie Free Delivery, always a good thing no shock of cost whilst closing the details. All in all a satisfying visit.

Hermione was very helpful, she was friendly and not pushy. She helped us to understand the different sorts of mattresses and gave us time to think about the offer. Because of this great service we came back to buy the mattress. Thank you Hermione.

Was looking for 2 new beds within a budget and a quick delivery. Sales lady was very helpful showing me different options and explaining the important differences and understood what I was after. There was no hard sell or trying to push a higher value item because of better quality etc. Delivery time was critical and she patiently looked into different options to meet my deadline explaining how it could be best achieved. A quick, helpful and efficient process. I will be back when I need something else, why waste time experimenting elsewhere.
