Hannah was very helpful she asked what we were looking for, I explained I have back and hip problems and she advised us on what mattress would be best. She gave us the imformation and answered all our questions and left us to have time to try out the beds and discuss which one we thought was best. I liked the way she done this as it didn’t make us feel we were being pressured into buying. When we had decided what we wanted she made sure we knew all the details and placed the order very quickly. Can not fault The service that Hannah gave.

Friendly, helpful assistant who showed us a selection of mattresses within our price range and explained the differences between the different kinds and put up with my husband's weird sense of humour. Offered us tea or coffee whilst completing the order which was done quickly and efficiently.

We knew we wanted a 4’-6” mattress but before entering your Abingdon store we only had limited knowledge of what we wanted. We were approached by Hermione and Mike who were both friendly and proved to be experts in explaining the different comfort levels, details of the many variations of pocket springs and natural fillings from the variety of companies who manufacture for Dreams. We took advantage of the discounts offered and expect our mattress in a months time.

Beds are easily set out and coded so you understand. Staff advised well and ordering was easy

We were attended by Rachel who was very patient, knowledgeable and offered us refreshments, but at the same time knew when to leave us alone to talk and try things out in our time.

I was well looked after, given advise and products explained and then given a cup of tea while my order was being processed by friendly staff.
