Great service, plenty of time and not rushed into signing up.

Ian and Hannah delivered excellent customer service and put in a lot of time and effort to help us find the perfect mattress. Ian's honesty is ultimately what led us to buying a more expensive mattress and Hanna's customer centred approached encouraged us to return from a previous visit to make a purchase. Ian allowed us to the the mattress machine and spent a lot of time with us explaining the different benefits of each pillow in the selection. We left the shop smiling and more than happy with our purchase with the knowledge that it is definitely the right choice thanks to Ian.

When we went to buy a new memory foam pocket sprung mattress, Ian the store manager at Abingdon was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattresses and the best that was most suitable for my husband as well as for myself within our price range. He dealt with the order paperwork, delivery date etc efficiently and he had a very pleasant manner and it was a pleasure to be served by him.

Good friendly service, no pressure, shown the product I asked for, checked all measurements when I returned home to make sure it would fit. Confirmed with the same sales assistant by phone, given delivery date, made the payment, deal done. Thank yoiu

The service we received from Hannah was exceptional. She took time to understand our needs, had an excellent level of knowledge of all of the products, was able to offer constructive advice and guidance without in any way being pushy and was extremely friendly.

Natalie was so very helpful she was very polite and professional in helping us to with our purchase her customer service was excellent. We were offered hot drinks and made to feel very welcome,we were left to look at our options but Natalie was available to help us when needed. Very very pleased.
