I was highly satisfied due to the fact of your staff member Rachel, helped us out with everything that we needed even stupid questions! She advised us to all products and asked lots of questions to make sure we would go for the Best product, overall very happy with everything from walking into the shop to leaving. Will definitely be telling people about the great experience.

Rachael was very attentive and helpful. We tried quite a few beds and we're perhaps initially a bit vague as to what it was that we wanted but she was very patient in understanding and helping us find the right bed for us

Visited Abingdon store a while ago and served by Megan. She was brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly and LISTENED to what we wanted. Knew all her stock in detail and even though we looked at other stores and, dare I say it, Bensons, I ended up ordering over the phone via the Abingdon store because she was so good. We have no experience as yet of the quality of the bed - it will be delivered in September, but given all the discussions we are confident that this part will run smoothly, too.

I was highly satisfied with my visit to Dreams because it was quick and easy, the assistant was very helpful and I was not rushed in any way, I was also given time on my own to decide if the mattress I needed was the right one for me, and the purchase of the mattress was quick and easy.

The lady was very helpful as I was just looking for a divan base without a mattress and could not find the cost of this advertised, so I said I had a stupid question and she helped. she went through the colour options and took me around the store to show me the colours. She also suggested a headboard (extra sale) I hadn't even thought about a headboard because I have always had bedsteads but my current bedstead doesn't fit in the spare room. the headboard will finish the spare room off, I would have been kicking myself once it had been delivered and would have forced my husband back out to the shops
