Megan was incredible - professional, knowledgable and friendly! She went out of her way to ensure we received what we were looking for and that delivery would take place when we required it.

Went in with my wife not knowing what we wanted and member of staff (Megan) could see we didn't know what mattress we wanted and directed us to the machine and found use the perfect mattress. Going from having no clue to finding the perfect one in a matter of 10 minutes was amazing. So happy and excited to receive our order.

I came into store on my own a couple days before purchase and was greeted by Megan. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me all the different options. I told Megan that I would not be purchasing today as I wanted to bring my wife in before I made the decision. I did not feel pressured to buy at any point and even got printed information for me to take home to show my wife. We came back in at the weekend and was greeted by Megan again and she even remembered what I was looking at and showed my wife. We made a decision and decided to make the order. We were recommended by a friend to come in to dreams and I'm very glad we did!

Found a suitable bed frame, tried the automated mattress suitability system and staff showed us the kinda of mattresses we might like. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout
