Megan at the Abingdon store was really helpful, she was able to advise which mattresses were best suited to my existing bed frame, and suggested we try out the gadget for checking what sort of mattress you need. We were not pressured, and it was nice to get a cup of tea.

The lady who served me was really approachable, friendly and helpful. I had put off coming in for about a year as I was overwhelmed by all the different types of mattresses and felt self conscious trying them out. After some springs actually fell out of my own mattress because it was so old I knew I had to come in. I’m so happy I did. The assistant knew when to approach me and when to give me some time to myself. I felt comfortable and that she was not just trying to sell me the most expensive mattress, but actually understood my personal needs.

I visited during a weekday & the Abingdon Store was very quiet. I have not bought a new bed in 15 years & Hannah the sales assistant could not have been more helpful. I have always had a firm mattress but she suggested I try the machine to see what mattress would suit me. I was very surprised to find out is was "soft". I already knew which frame I wanted so she helped me choose the right mattress. Looking forward to the bed arriving.
