Becky was really welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in to the store. She wasn't over bearing like so many sales people, and she showed a genuine interest in helping me out. I haven't purchased a bed in 13 years, but Becky immediately helped me to narrow down choices of what would be good options for me. She was very patient whilst I tried a number of different mattresses and suggested different options without over complicating things and making it confusing. Would highly recommend!

Becky committed her time and experience to us despite the fact I took my 8 year old with me. Nothing was to much trouble.
