We thought we would just look in the store for a headboard, on the off chance there would be one in the sales. As it happened, we found exactly what we wanted, in the right size and colour, (not in the sales, unfortunately). But we were so delighted and the assistance we received was first class so we bought it. Delivery went without a hitch, and the van drivers were very friendly and helpful.

We had not been in store for more than a couple of minutes before we were asked by Becky if she could help. She answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable about all the products and was a joy to deal with. We could not have asked for a better assistant.
