The sales rep spent a long time with me. They encouraged me to try sleep match and it was encouraging that it selected some of the mattresses that she had already recommended

The assistant, Becky, greeted me and quickly understood my mobility problems. She offered a drink and helped me use the Sleepmatch, telling me how it worked out what firmness etc. I needed. She then enabled me to try out many of the mattresses in store, listening to my comments and providing helpful information. She had a pillow ready for me to use and was thoroughly pleasant and helpful at all times. She processed my order, giving me clear information on what she was doing. When the delivery date arrived the van was on time and the men were polite. I am now enjoying my new mattress and I do feel more rested. I am a Teaching Assistant in a large Primary School and this can be very stressful so a good night's sleep is vital.
