As soon as I entered the store I was met by Becky, she asked if she could help, I explained what I wa ted and the budget I had available, the bed was for my son, Becky explained to my son the procedure for making sure he would be sleeping on the correct mattress, placed him on the bed to measure him up and I was offered and accepted a cup of coffee. Becky was very friendly, knowledgable and we had quite a laugh, she is a credit to Dreams

I visited the Abingdon store with my husband looking for a new mattress. We were approached by Becky who we found to be very friendly and informative without being pushy. She immediately offered us a drink and we were given the sleep match test. She was very patient with us and was able to answer all our questions, hence we were able to purchase the most suitable mattress for our needs. A very nice experience.

We were treated with courtesy and patience and carefully questioned as to our needs. We also used the Sleepmatch machine!

Becky very quickly identified the right mattress for us, allowing us to make an efficient and well informed choice. Very pleased with our purchase.

Becky was extremely helpful and welcoming. We were shown to the Sleepmatch machine which allowed us to narrow down the selection to what best suited us. Becky was there at every step, offered us coffee, and provided us with a pillow that was suited to our sleeping posture. We did not feel hurried or pressured into our purchase at any point, and we were allowed to take our time choosing which mattress felt best.

Greeted as we walked in to store by Megan. Found what we wanted and very happy with the purchase. Had a budget on how much I wanted to spend on my mattress and I was listened too and shown suitable products. Offered a drink and even tried out the sleepmatch machine which was great!

Hannah struck the right balance between being available but not pushy. She had very good product knowledge. Please pass my thanks on to her!😃
