The service provided was polite and friendly, without being over-bearing. John took real care of us in an un-pressurised way which made us feel that he was genuinely interested in helping us (and not just securing a sale). Store was clean and tidy, all needed products were available for us to try and experience. Altogether a brilliant experience which ultimately ensured we made the purchase with yourselves. Our thanks to John for all his assistance!

John was really helpful and friendly. He also knew when to take a step back and let us explore all the different beds, and came back at the right time to assist us.
