I am disabled (wheelchair user) your staff were very helpful, very attentive, and kind. She was wearing a mask and was socially distanced too which you don't get in a lot of places now. After the sleep match she was very good and patient. Helped us through the whole process. We bought our last bed from Dreams too. Always good service and a friendly face. Being a wheelchair user some people aren't patient but she was very patient and kind. Full marks from us

The woman who was with us, was very professional, she knew was she was selling and talking about, and overall very friendly. Ot was a nice experience.

We were swiftly met on entering and made to feel our needs were met. Offered refreshments and explained the sleepmatch process. As a result we were shown mattresses suitible for us, saving time and made to feel welcome throughout the process.

We were approached on entering the store. When we wanted help we were able to get attention very easily and it was very helpful the ordering process was then quick and easy with a better than expected delivery time. All in all an excellent experience

The young lady who helped me was extremely polite, well knowledgeably about the products and extremely helpful, there was an issue with finance taking a very long time to confirm, understandable that’s not a fault of Dreams, delivery as I expected was 9 days but would’ve been nice to get it sooner but not a big deal. 5 star in store service from the lady who sold me the mattress and extra bonus points for the gentleman who got me a bottle of water

I was dealt with by your employee John at your Abingdon Branch. He greeted me within seconds of entering your shop. He quickly established what I was looking for and offered a mattress test to see what was likely to suit my needs. Once that was completed, he then showed me several different types of mattress and explained this difference options. He gave me the time to try several. Once I'd picked one and a bed he processed the order in short time. He offered add on's like a duvet and pillows at a discounted rate. I was expecting a 6 to 8 week wait but he offered delivery within two weeks which I thought was excellent. I found John friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. He made the whole process extremely easy.

The store assistant was very professional and explained about the different beds and options when choosing mattresses which was very helpful We left to browse snd try out different beds and the lady was there to answer queries we had ..not at all pushy Pleased withe range and prices of beds and feel confident that what we hsve chosen will fit the bill.

I believe the lady who served me Racheal, is the store manager and was incredibly helpful and efficient and friendly and offered me a cup of coffee while we processed the order. She demonstrated the products, and explained why Dreams beds are of better build quality than that of others who do similar products.

All the staff was very helpful and polite Will definitely go to this store again even asked if we would like a drink you don't get this in most stores
